When the familiar world falls away, we are given a different kind of opportunity. These original notes/writings where taken during by far the most challenging time of my life. A prolonged and cyclic process of internal challenge, clarity, integration and opening.
They were written in the midst of that turbulent time as an attempt to capture what was being felt and shown at that time. Things where intense and moved fast, so I attempted to leave a breadcrumb trail for myself to the places I have been, so I can remember. These notes are very personal and thus not finished pieces, but rather "in-the-moment" scribbles—efforts to record, as clearly as possible, the insights that arrived when everything was shifting.
